Christmas time is the worst time of year for self harm and I just want to tell all my crypto brothers and sisters that it WILL get better. The crypto market has done this time and time again and always bounces back but even if it doesn’t, There are much more important things in life.

Get outside, Watch a sunset, Go for a walk, Talk to someone who loves you. Just DO SOMETHING ELSE and if you’re still feeling down? Go and speak to a professional, Seek help, There is NO shame in that.
