Judge over multi-billion dollar Bitcoin lawsuit tells Craig Wright he must stand trial because dismissing the case would be an "injustice."

Dave Kleiman's estate sued Craig Wright for stealing over 1 million bitcoin back in February 2018 (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/80e2l9/10_billion_lawsuit_filed_against_craig_wright/).

Craig moved to dismiss the case, perjured himself (https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2018/05/man-who-claims-he-created-bitcoin-committed-perjury-lawsuit-says/), and claimed the story was total BS.

Today, the Judge ruled that the case will go forward! Forty page order here (https://www.scribd.com/document/396421275/2018-12-27-Bitcoin-Order).

Craig appears to be livid! Reacting with a tweet stating:  "Ira, lol Never met him He is a greedy nothing" (https://twitter.com/ProfFaustus/status/1078381260228182021)
