"The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks" Full Article?
So. On a perhaps foolish quest to reinvigorate the meaning of Bitcoin, to.. rediscover the reason for its creation I've ended up trying to unveil the full contents of the article time stamped into the Genesis block by Satoshi Nakamoto.
That article was the headline quoted on the tittle of this post:
"The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks"
I've found multiple pictures of the news paper its self, including discovering that it is a coveted collectible's item. This picture shows the cover picture, one of Israeli tanks entering the Gaza strip
I've also found, a close up of the article it's self on the front page, pretty interesting read, considering it was the article chosen out of all possible articles Satoshi could have chosen to time stamp Bitcoin's birth with.
Interesting read, no?
At the end of the front page piece of the article it says "Continued on page 6, col 1" and below it "Leading article page 2"
Searches for 'full article' have not produced any obvious results so perhaps no one has done this research publicly enough? I'd like to be able to read the full article.
Turns out there are a few pay walled archives of The Times news paper. Which paused my quest for now.
