Can my bitcoin be stolen by someone watching my desktop but cant see my passwords?

My former neighbor's spying on me remotely with a tax auditor that I dont know or never met.

No, Bitcoin is not controlled by a small group of investors and miners (A rebuttal to the TechSpot article)
