How do I purchase 1 whole Bitcoin?

Hi everyone,

I've been using Coinbase and unfortunately it provides me with a $1000 weekly limit. I want to purchase 1 Bitcoin altogether and don't want to have to keep purchasing in small increments weekly.

Is there a different app/site that I can use that does not have a weekly limit?

BACKGROUND Segregated Witness (SegWit) was activated on the Bitcoin network August 24 2017 as a soft fork that is backward compatible with previous bitcoin transactions ( Understanding Segregated Witness ). Since that time wallets and exchanges have been slow to deploy SegWit, and the majority of users have not made the switch themselves. On Dec 18 2017 Subhan Nadeem has pointed out that: If every transaction in the Bitcoin network was a SegWit transaction today, blocks would contain up to 8,000 transactions, and the 138,000 unconfirmed transaction backlog would disappear instantly. Transaction fees would be almost non-existent once again .
