Guess what? Eventually the stock market will go back up, and so will bitcoin.

Also bitcoin is still a baby, the fact that it will survive is an astonishing feat on it's own.

No, Bitcoin is not controlled by a small group of investors and miners (A rebuttal to the TechSpot article)
