localbitcoin tier 2 unethical behavior

This post was asked by my friend. Now she have to pass tier 2 confirmation. It is really hard to get paper you asking if your city is on the quarantine and you live out of your registration address. Moreover, on this account there is the money some foreigners wanted to buy a ticket home. May be it was their last chance. And now she can't move any bitcoins from her account. She is still waiting for confirmation. I think you are doing very unethical for such difficult time.
