Made a thing: Use Lightning to pay for your Mullvad VPN account

Hi all, I made a service that lets you pay for your Mullvad VPN account using Lightning! :-)

I'm sure that many of you already use a VPN or even use Mullvad yourselves, but as a TLDR, I've always been a fan of Mullvad because they:

  1. Use pseudonymous, numbered accounts (source)
  2. Accept Bitcoin
  3. Champion new, open technologies such as WireGuard (source)

However, using a Credit Card or waiting for your onchain funds to confirm before you can start using your VPN ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) really bothered me. So I whipped up a service that allows you to pay for your Mullvad VPN account using Lightning!

Would love to know people's experience using my service and where I could improve, thanks!

15 years of BTC Power Law

5 years ago I made a post in this subreddit showing that BTC is a power law: Price=A*days^n, (days from Genesis Block), n=5.8. Many didn't believe me and said the past doesn't predict the future. Well, after 5 years it turns out that BTC continues its power law behavior with similar exponent. A power law is not another formula or model but the same mathematical behavior behind river formation, mountains growth, cities development, GDP vs population, and metabolic rate. Everything important is ruled by power laws, so BTC. BTC is a force of Nature.
