The King of England cannot confiscate my bitcoin

For the first time in history a King of England cannot physically confiscate someones property. They could not legally do it in 1215, but obviously, temptation...

Clause 39 of Magna Carter:

No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.

(disseised means taking of property)

Property law enforced by nodes.
