So I'm running Bitcoin Core...

...on an old laptop. It's all synched up to date.

Not sure what I do with it - LOL

I have all my BTC stored on my Trezor and don't really send/receive any of it. HODLing.

Do I just keep Bitcoin Core synched to help the BTC Network? How does that help?

If I wanted to send/receive - could I do it from my Trezor? Why would I do that instead of straight from my Trezor?
