Can somone explain to me how "infinite divisiblity" is not practically the same as "infinite supply"?

I dont see how bitcoin is truly scarce when this following fact is true. Everyone will always be able to obtain some amount of bitcoin even if it's 0.00000000001

No, Bitcoin is not controlled by a small group of investors and miners (A rebuttal to the TechSpot article)
