Would a bitcoin ETF be priced as a fraction of BTC?

So the gold ETF is priced at~ 1/10 the price of an ounce of gold. This actually makes it encouraging for people to invest in the ETF because to buy an ounce for $2000 might seem like too high a wall.

Likewise, is it in the filings if the ETFs would do something similar? I know that the fundamental value of a stock that has been split doesn’t change, but everybody knows that having a financial instrument in a certain price range makes it more attractive for every day investors.
